Key Responsibilities of a Travel Consultant:-  Client Consultation & Service: Talk with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice on destinations, transportation, accommodation, and travel experiences. Customize travel itineraries and packages according to individual or group requirements. Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional guidance on travel options. Sales & Revenue Generation: Promote travel products, special packages, and add-on services to increase sales. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the agency or organization. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, travel trends, and supplier deals. Customer Support & Problem Solving: Provide ongoing assistance before, during, and after travel (e.g., schedule changes, emergencies). Resolve client issues efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience. Follow up with clients for feedback and relationship building. Skill sets:- Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English. Average Hindi language proficiency. Knowledge of local language. Good communication and customer service skills. IT Skills: Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email).
