Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Travel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, coordinating with travel agents, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves planning and executing promotional activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
• Marketing, Promotion Planning, and Strategy Development skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer Service, Problem-Solving, and Organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
