Job Description

Key Responsibility

  1. Handle travel leads (phone, email, or CRM) and respond promptly with relevant package information.
  2. Understand customer needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable Flight tickets.
  3. Convert leads into bookings by presenting customized flight options and explaining value propositions.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely records of all interactions and sales in the CRM system.
  5. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  6. Coordinate with operations and reservations teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
  7. Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, destinations, and competitor offerings.
  8. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
  9. Follow all internal policies related to pricing, communication, and customer data handling.
  10. Deal with supplier and vendor or DMC to arrange the better rates.
  11. Knowledge of how to work on flight leads generated from different META.
  12. Aware with the ancillary services and pitch customer for the additional service.
