Job Description

Job Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our IT training programs, handling student inquiries, and achieving admission targets through effective communication and follow-ups

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and professionals about training programs (Java, Python, Data Science, AI, Full Stack, etc )
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and walk-in inquiries
Convert leads into admissions through follow-up and relationship management
Maintain records of daily inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Excel
Achieve weekly and monthly sales/admission targets
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Basic understanding of IT training and education domain (preferred)
Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any stream (MBA/BBA/ preferred)
Experience in EdTech, training, or counselling industry will be an added advantage
