Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to strengthen our B2B travel sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, preparing quotations, converting leads into bookings, and expanding our travel agency network. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and send accurate travel quotations to clients and partner agencies. • Maintain records of all quotations for internal tracking and future reference. • Ensure pricing and package details are up to date. • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with B2B travel agents and tour operators. • Identify and onboard new travel agencies to grow the B2B network. • Coordinate with the operations team for seamless service execution. • Follow up on leads and address all client or agency inquiries promptly. • May be required to attend local trade events and exhibitions for networking and business promotion. ⸻ Qualifications: • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Basic knowledge of travel operations and quotation handling. • Prior experience in the travel industry preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email writing, and WhatsApp Business. • Preferred: Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi, and English. • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
