About the Role

We are hiring energetic, target-driven Travel Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. You will engage with qualified leads, consult customers on domestic & international travel packages, and convert inquiries into successful bookings.

We are currently looking for:

• 5 English-speaking agents

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads generated via Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and PPC campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).
• Consult customers on flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and complete travel packages.
• Customize itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets.
• Provide post-sales support including cancellations, modifications, rebookings, and special requests.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
• Stay updated with industry trends, offers, promotions, and destinations.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in Travel Sales / Customer Support (experience handling Meta/PPC leads preferred).
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (written & spoken).
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven mindset with ability to perform under pressure.
• Passion for travel and a customer-first approach.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
