Tripa Tours Dubai is a growing travel and tourism company offering curated Dubai travel packages, desert safaris, city tours, adventure activities, and international holiday solutions. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team and assist clients in planning smooth and memorable trips.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ travel needs and suggest suitable Dubai tours, holiday packages, flights, hotels, and travel solutions.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through strong communication and sales skills.
• Prepare customized itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
• Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email queries professionally.
• Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai tourist attractions, desert safaris, adventure experiences, and travel requirements.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth bookings.
• Consistently follow up with leads, track conversions, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Resolve customer queries, changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking documentation.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Prior experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality, or customer service (1–3 years preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Strong understanding of Dubai tourism and holiday packages.
