We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultant to join our team and assist clients in planning smooth and memorable trips. Key Responsibilities Understand clients’ travel needs and suggest suitable Dubai tours, holiday packages, flights, hotels, and travel solutions. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through strong communication and sales skills. Prepare customized itineraries based on customer preferences and budget. Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email queries professionally. Maintain updated knowledge of Dubai tourist attractions, desert safaris, adventure experiences, and travel requirements. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth bookings. Consistently follow up with leads, track conversions, and achieve monthly sales targets. Resolve customer queries, changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently. Maintain accurate customer records and booking documentation. Skills & Requirements Prior experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality, or customer service (1–3 years preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Strong understanding of Dubai tourism and holiday packages.
