Role Overview: In this role at Viz Travels, your primary responsibility is to sell customized international holiday packages to Indian customers. You will need to understand customer preferences, offer expert advice on destinations, and suggest the best travel options. Additionally, you will work with clients to customize travel itineraries based on their interests, budget, and travel dates. Your role will also involve maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international travel destinations to provide accurate and tailored advice to customers. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and maximizing revenue opportunities through add-ons and upgrades are also key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Sales and Consultation: Sell customized international holiday packages to Indian customers, understand their preferences, and suggest the best travel options. - Itinerary Customization: Customize travel itineraries based on client interests, budget, and travel dates. - Destination Expertise: Maintain knowledge of international travel destinations, especially in regions like Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, provide ongoing support, and resolve any issues. - Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by offering the best packages and maximizing revenue opportunities.
