Travel Sales Consultant

Role Overview: As a Travel Sales Consultant at Trek Panda, you will be based in Pune and responsible for engaging with clients to understand their travel preferences, providing customized travel solutions, planning and booking travel itineraries, developing appealing travel packages, promoting Trek Panda's services, maintaining customer relationships, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. You will also collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Handling inbound leads and converting them to bookings - Preparing custom itineraries, quotations, and packages - Selling fixed/group departures and curated holidays - Managing client coordination from enquiry to post-trip support - Achieving monthly sales targets with incentives Qualifications Required: - 14 years of experience in travel sales - Location: Mumbai (Work from Office) - Experience selling Bali / Thailand / Dubai / Vietnam (mandatory) - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Sales-driven and customer-centric Company Description: Trek Panda, established in 2017 and headquartered in Pune, India, specializes in providing comprehensive travel services for groups, corporations, and individuals.
