Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant, located in Gurugram. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting clients on travel options, making reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role includes planning itineraries, providing destination information, and ensuring clients have a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in making Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
