As a Travel Sales Consultant at our company, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling tour packages to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include understanding customer preferences, designing customized travel itineraries, handling inquiries, maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, providing detailed information on travel destinations, coordinating bookings, and achieving sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to stay updated with travel trends and new destinations. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages. - Design customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences. - Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. - Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners. - Provide detailed information on travel destinations, costs, accommodations, transport, and activities. - Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely bookings and confirmations. - Achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. - Stay updated with travel trends, new destinations, and seasonal packages. Qualifications Required: - Any Degree - Proven experience in travel sales, tour coordination, or customer service in the travel industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong sales and negotiation abilities. - Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems is an added advantage. - Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations worldwide.
