Travel Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales by promoting and selling domestic and international tour packages, flights, hotels, and other travel-related services. The role involves handling client inquiries, converting leads into bookings, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction from inquiry to post-travel feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or WhatsApp.
• Understand client travel needs and recommend suitable packages or customized itineraries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for FIT, Group, and MICE tours.
• Coordinate with the operations team for booking confirmations and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, airlines, hotels, and visa requirements.
• Manage and update client data, follow-ups, and booking details in the CRM system.
• Cross-sell and upsell additional services (insurance, upgrades, etc.).
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and suppliers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle post-sales support.
• Attend travel fairs, training sessions, and team meetings when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in travel sales or tour operations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
