Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and inquiries from US-based clients.
  • Sell flight tickets, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
  • Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) for reservations, re-issuance, cancellations, and fare quoting.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Identify customer needs and offer the best available travel options and deals.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies, schedules, and promotional fares.
  • Build and retain strong client relationships through follow-ups and quality service.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience working with OTA platforms or consolidators.
  • Knowledge of reissue, exchange, and refund procedures.
  • Familiarity with US Department of Transportation (DOT) rules is a plus.
