Travel Sales Consultant

Job Title : US Travel Sales Consultant (US-PPC)

Job Description : We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Travel Sales Consultants to handle inbound PPC call inquiries related to flight, cars, hotel bookings, cruises. Candidates should have strong communication skills and prior experience in the travel or BPO industry, especially in international travel sales.

Responsibilities :

• Handle high-intent incoming PPC calls and convert leads into bookings.
• Provide accurate fare quotes and travel details to customers.
• Process reservations using GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo preferred)
• Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage post-booking queries and support requests.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year experience in travel sales (PPC calls preferred)
• Good knowledge of GDS (Amadeus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Immediate joiners preferred
