Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Planner / Tour Coordinator who can independently create and manage end-to-end domestic and international tours packages. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in travel or tourism, be client-focused, and skilled in planning detailed itineraries covering all aspects of travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Tour Planning & Package Development Design personalized travel itineraries and holiday packages based on client preferences and budgets. Coordinate the complete tour plan including flights, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, visa assistance, meals, and daily activities. Conduct research on destinations, accommodations, and experiences to provide up-todate and exciting options. Client Interaction & Sales Respond to travel inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins. Explain package details to clients, resolve queries, and assist them in selecting suitable plans. Convert leads into bookings by offering compelling travel experiences and strong customer service. Follow up with clients pre- and post-travel for feedback and relationship building. Operations & Coordination Liaise with vendors, airlines, hotels, and transport agencies for bookings and confirmations. Ensure all bookings are accurate, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations. Prepare detailed day-wise itineraries and quotations using internal tools or Excel.Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations. Proficiency in preparing customized packages and client quotations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Experience with hotel and airline bookings (GDS knowledge is a plus). Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and work independently with minimal supervision. Passion for travel, creativity in planning, and a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management. Familiarity with travel portals and booking engines (like Amadeus, Galileo, or travel CRM tools). Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).Benefits
