Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alipur, Delhi. The Travel Operations Specialist will handle day-to-day travel arrangements, manage travel logistics, ensure smooth business travel experiences, and provide customer service.
• Additional responsibilities include communicating with clients, coordinating travel plans, and resolving any travel-related issues that may arise.
• Flights and Hotels Bookings via various portals, coordinating with hotel for payments etc
• Maintaning and recording all bookings and upcoming travel

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience with Business/ Lesuire Travel coordination
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in an on-site setting in New Delhi
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred
