As a Travel Operations professional in Mumbai, you will be responsible for curating engaging domestic and international group tour itineraries tailored for senior citizens. Your deep understanding of the travel industry, visa processes, and vendor management will be key to success in this role. - Design and develop detailed itineraries for senior citizen group tours. - Build and maintain strong relationships with travel vendors, hotels, and transport providers. - Manage visa documentation and applications for group tours. - Address client queries and proactively resolve issues to ensure exceptional customer service. - Coordinate with internal departments for the smooth execution of tour packages. - Stay informed about the latest industry trends and travel regulations.
