Travel Operations

Job description:

• Make reservations for planned travel, including, hotels, flights, accommodation and transportation.
• Follow up with clients regarding travel plans, making necessary adjustments as required.
• Handle arrival and departure transfers to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, last-minute changes, and other travel-related issues.
• Provide expert advice to clients on destination options, highlighting the pros and cons of each.
• Coordinate with the client’s designated point of contact in the days leading up to travel arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, itineraries, and client preferences for future reference.
• Coordinate with sales team for bookings and confirmation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in travel operations, corporate travel management, or event planning.
• Strong knowledge of travel booking systems and airline/hotel policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage schedules, and solve travel-related issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and travel management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
