Travel Operation Manager

As a Travel Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all daily travel operations, including flight, hotel, transport bookings, and itineraries. You will be supervising a team of travel consultants and support staff, ensuring that they adhere to company standards and provide excellent customer service. Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel vendors and partners will also be a key aspect of your role. In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing travel budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, and preparing financial reports. Handling escalated customer issues and providing timely and effective resolutions will be part of your daily tasks. It will also be your duty to ensure compliance with travel policies, visa regulations, and health & safety protocols. To enhance productivity and streamline processes, you will need to develop and implement operational strategies. Analyzing travel trends, supplier performance, and client feedback will help you identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Training and developing team members, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing support will be crucial to your success in this role.
