You will be a part of a dynamic and results-driven team in the travel insurance vertical, contributing to building and expanding partnerships that drive revenue and impact. As an experienced sales professional in broking, B2B development, or strategic alliances, you will manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate effectively, and deliver consistent sales performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and manage broker networks and channel partnerships to ensure consistent performance and target achievement through partner engagement and training. - Identify, pitch, and onboard new business partnerships such as travel agents, OTAs, aggregators, etc., and manage partner relationships end-to-end, including contract negotiation and account performance. - Build and manage alliances with digital platforms, fintechs, insurtechs, and other travel-related businesses, collaborating with internal teams to develop joint offerings and go-to-market plans. - Engage with corporates for group and employee travel insurance solutions, working with decision-makers to close enterprise-level opportunities. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory. - 2-10 years of experience in travel insurance sales (broking or insurer side). - Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution channels, and sales processes. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. - Familiarity with the travel or insurance ecosystem is an added advantage. *Note: The job type is full-time with benefits including paid time off and provident fund.
