As a Holiday Package Process Consultant at Yu Yi Travel Hub, you will play a crucial role in managing and streamlining the holiday package creation, booking, and operation process. Your excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and ability to coordinate stakeholders will contribute to providing seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Develop holiday packages that meet customer needs, preferences, and budget requirements - Collaborate with hotels and transport companies to offer competitive package offerings - Customize packages based on specific client requests - Manage all holiday package bookings and ensure timely and accurate booking confirmations - Monitor availability and provide alternative options when necessary - Provide excellent customer service by offering advice on destinations, package details, and itinerary options - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication - Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Required: - Degree qualification - Previous experience in travel/holiday package planning preferred - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Knowledge of holiday destinations and travel trends - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and booking systems - Excellent communication skills As a Holiday Package Process Consultant at Yu Yi Travel Hub, you will have the opportunity to work in Angamaly, Ernakulam, Kerala.
