Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Executive, based in Delhi, India. The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing travel consulting to clients, offering exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient travel management processes. Day-to-day activities include booking and coordinating itineraries, assisting clients with travel inquiries, and building strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Consulting Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication Experience in Travel Management Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Familiarity with travel software or platforms is a plus Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
