Travel Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings as per client requirements
• Use GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or equivalent for reservations
• Check best available fares, airline schedules, and routes
• Issue, reissue, and cancel air tickets as per airline rules
• Handle refunds, amendments, and date changes efficiently
• Prepare and share detailed travel itineraries with clients
• Coordinate with airlines for special requests (meals, seats, wheelchair, etc.)
• Maintain booking records and travel documents
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies
• Provide prompt customer support before and after ticket issuance

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of air ticketing procedures and fare rules
• Hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
• Understanding of IATA rules, airline policies, and ticketing norms
• Ability to calculate fares, taxes, and surcharges accurately
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in bookings
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent bookings
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred)
• Diploma/Certification in Travel & Tourism or Air Ticketing (added advantage)
• 1–3 years of experience in air ticketing or travel operations

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
