Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Travel Executive. The Travel Executive will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves organizing itineraries, booking accommodations, ensuring accurate travel documentation, and addressing client inquiries efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Experienced in Travel Consulting with a customer-focused approach
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in travel booking platforms and relevant software is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Tourism, or a related field
