Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our sales team at TRIPAWAY JOURNEY PVT LTD. As a Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for promoting our domestic and international travel packages, building relationships with clients, and helping them plan their dream vacations. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell travel packages (domestic and international) to prospective clients. Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their travel needs. Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Provide personalized advice on destinations, travel itineraries, and services offered by TRIPAWAY JOURNEY. Assist customers in planning and customizing their travel experiences. Stay updated with the latest travel trends, offers, and competitive pricing. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Passion for travel and a strong knowledge of popular destinations. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
