As a Travel Executive, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations and solutions to ensure a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. 2. Travel Planning: Plan and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and activities, to meet client requirements. 3. Customized Itineraries: Create personalized itineraries tailored to client preferences and budgets. 4. Travel Documentation: Ensure all travel documentation, including visas and travel insurance, is in order. 5. Communication: Provide timely and effective communication to clients regarding their travel arrangements. 6. Problem-Solving: Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during travel, and provide solutions to ensure client satisfaction. 7. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information. Requirements: 1. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry. 2. Knowledge: Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and destinations. 3. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4.
