Job Title: GDS Travel Executive (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
Job Description:We are looking for an experienced professional skilled in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre. The candidate should have strong knowledge of refunds, cancellations, post-booking support, and handling customer escalations including social media-based issues.Key Responsibilities:Manage bookings through GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)Process refunds and cancellations accuratelyAddress post-booking queries and customer concernsResolve complaints and social media escalations professionallyEnsure excellent customer service and timely resolution of issuesRequirements:Graduate qualification is mandatoryPrior experience working on GDS systemsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsCompensation & Work Environment:Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (in hand)Working Days: 6 days a week
