Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Ticketing & Operations Executive to manage daily travel agency operations. The ideal candidate will handle flight ticketing, reservations, customer coordination, and basic operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the agency. This role requires flexibility with work timings, including occasional late-night hours depending on business needs. Key Responsibilities Ticketing & Reservations Book and issue flight tickets through GDS and other partner channels and systems. Handle reissuances, cancellations, refunds, and fare calculations. Provide fare options, itinerary suggestions, and best routing for clients. Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, special requests, or ticketing issues. Customer Service & Coordination Respond to customer inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, email). Provide timely updates on bookings, travel requirements, and documentation. Handle urgent and last-minute travel requests. Operations & Administration Maintain daily booking records and invoices. Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, car rentals, travel partners). Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. Assist in preparing reports, statements, and management updates. Skills & Requirements Prior experience in a travel agency (ticketing/operations) preferred. Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) is an advantage. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Comfortable working flexible hours including late nights.
