Job Description (JD) for a Travel Sales – Fresher role: Job Title: Travel Sales Executive (Fresher) Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome) Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Travel & Tourism Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic freshers to join our Travel Sales team. As a Travel Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in planning and booking their travel needs, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other services. This is a great opportunity to start a career in the travel industry and grow with a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding travel inquiries and bookings. Suggest and sell suitable travel packages or services based on customer needs. Explain product details, travel itineraries, prices, and benefits. Assist customers in making travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and tours. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong relationship with clients. Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for travel and customer service. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Email). Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Tourism or Hospitality background preferred but not mandatory). Freshers with a flair for sales and a love for travel are encouraged to apply.
