Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours Provide end-to-end travel support for corporate or leisure clients Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel restrictions, safety regulations, and destination updates Assist with travel insurance, visa applications, and other travel documentation Prepare detailed itineraries and travel reports for clients Handle travel-related inquiries, changes, and emergency requests efficiently Negotiate and manage vendor/supplier relationships for best rates and quality service Maintain accurate records of travel expenses and client data Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning and post-travel process Requirements: Proven experience as a Travel Executive, Travel Consultant, or similar role Familiarity with international travel regulations and visa processes Excellent communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under pressure Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred) Preferred Skills: Multilingual abilities are a plus Experience in corporate travel management Strong negotiation and budgeting skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel management software

Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound travel inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-in Sell domestic and international tour packages (e.g., Rajasthan, Kerala, Himachal, Dubai, Thailand) Convert leads into confirmed bookings by explaining itinerary, hotels, pricing, etc. Follow up with potential customers and maintain a lead database (CRM) Coordinate with operations team for booking confirmations, invoices, and travel documents Stay updated with latest travel trends, destinations, visa policies, and airfare offers Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (Preferred in Tourism or Hospitality) Experience: 0–2 years in travel sales (Freshers can apply with good communication) Good knowledge of destinations like Rajasthan, Himachal, Kerala, Goa, Dubai, etc. Must know basic MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and Google Sheets Language: Fluent in Hindi & basic English (Regional language is a plus) Pleasant personality with convincing & negotiation skills
