Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Executive based in Mohali district. The Travel Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing travel arrangements for employees and stakeholders, providing travel consultancy services, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. Key tasks include booking transportation and accommodations, creating detailed travel itineraries, and resolving travel-related issues in real time. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to meet specific travel requirements efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, with strong organizational skills
• Experience in Travel Consulting and providing tailored travel solutions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist and guide travelers effectively
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities to handle dynamic travel needs
• Knowledge of travel tools, software, and industry trends is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
