We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Travel Executive to join our dynamic team and help craft exceptional journeys—both within India and across the globe.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Travel Executive, you'll be the go-to expert for planning, booking, and coordinating travel arrangements for our clients. You’ll work closely with individuals, families, and corporate clients to curate seamless travel experiences from start to finish.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling bookings for international and domestic flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel amenities
• Designing customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget
• Liaising with clients and vendors, including hotels, transport companies, tour operators, and more
• Providing travel advice, visa guidance, and real-time support before and during trips
• Managing documentation, payments, and follow-ups to ensure a hassle-free experience
• Responding to travel inquiries and offering well-informed recommendations and solutions
• Staying up-to-date with travel trends, regulations, and destination information

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in travel planning or the tourism industry (1-2 years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid knowledge of booking tools and travel platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or similar)
• A knack for organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
• A customer-first mindset with a flair for problem-solving
• Passion for travel and curiosity about new places and cultures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

• Day shift
