About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Travel Executive to join our team and contribute to providing efficient and seamless travel experiences.

Role Overview

The Travel Executive will be responsible for creating travel packages, coordinating with clients, managing bookings, and handling visa-related processes. The ideal candidate should come from a travel company or a similar industry and must possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in travel applications and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and manage domestic and international travel packages based on client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their travel needs, provide recommendations, and ensure smooth communication throughout the booking process.
• Handle bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transportation using travel applications and software.
• Assist with visa documentation, processing requirements, and client guidance related to visa applications.
• Manage itinerary planning, costing, and package quotations with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain and update client records, booking details, and trip-related documentation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses, problem resolution, and professional handling of queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of travel plans.
• Stay updated with industry trends, travel regulations, visa norms, and new travel apps/tools.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a diploma or certification in Travel & Tourism is an advantage.
• Prior experience (minimum 1–3 years) in a travel company or a similar industry is preferred.
• Excellent computer proficiency, with strong working knowledge of travel software, portals, and applications.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Good organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of international and domestic destinations, travel trends, and visa processes.
