About Us

BAI Infosolutions is a fast-growing travel technology company that manages multiple brands focused on corporate travel and fleet management solutions. We provide end-to-end travel services, including hotel bookings, transportation solutions, and comprehensive corporate travel management.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Operations Intern to join our travel operations team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain practical experience and hands-on exposure to real-world travel operations within the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

Air Ticketing & Travel Support

  • Assist with booking air tickets using GDS systems and online travel portals
  • Coordinate with airlines for fare inquiries and basic negotiations under supervision
  • Support ticket changes, cancellations, and reissuance processes
  • Maintain organized records of airline communications and fare details
  • Help monitor and analyze air travel expenses

Hotel & Vendor Coordination

  • Support hotel booking processes and ensure timely confirmations
  • Assist with hotel rate comparisons and negotiations with guidance
  • Maintain and update a database of preferred hotel partners
  • Coordinate with hotels for availability checks, billing, and payment follow-ups

Operations & Client Support

  • Support daily travel operations and coordination activities
  • Assist in managing vendors such as airlines, hotels, and transport providers
  • Help document and update standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Assist with client communications and service follow-ups
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and developments

Requirements

  • Students or graduates pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 0–6 months of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Basic knowledge of travel operations is an added advantage
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
