Role Description The Tour Executive will be responsible for planning and organizing customized itineraries, coordinating guided tours, and providing tour management services. Key responsibilities include liaising with clients to understand their needs, creating detailed tour plans, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. The role requires effective coordination and communication with vendors, clients, and other team members. Qualifications Proven experience in Tour Planning and creating customized Itineraries Knowledge of Guided Tours and Tour Management processes Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and vendors effectively Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Familiarity with modern travel booking tools and platforms is a plus Passion for travel and an understanding of customer service excellence
