Job Summary: The Travel Desk Executive is responsible for managing all travel-related activities for employees, ensuring efficient travel arrangements, adherence to company travel policies, and cost-effective travel solutions. This role involves coordinating travel itineraries, booking accommodations and transportation, and utilizing tools like Amadeus and CAE for optimal scheduling and management. Key Responsibilities: Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and itineraries for employees using Amadeus and CAE tools. Booking Management: Book flights, accommodations, and transportation in accordance with company policies and budgets. Scheduling: Utilize scheduling tools to ensure timely and efficient travel arrangements. Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and budgets. Support: Assist employees with travel-related inquiries and provide support as needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate travel records and documentation. Issue Resolution: Resolve travel-related issues and emergencies promptly and efficiently. Negotiation: Negotiate with travel service providers to secure the best rates and services. Expense Management: Monitor and manage travel-related expenses and budgets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in travel management or a related field. Previous experience in a travel-related role is preferred. Proficiency in travel booking systems, particularly Amadeus. Familiarity with CAE tools for scheduling and management. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with travel policies and regulations. Skills: Travel booking systems (Amadeus (preferred), Navitaire, Galileo, Abacus or Worldspan) Scheduling tools (e.g., CAE) Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook) Customer service Organizational skills Time-management Problem-solving Budget management Negotiation skills Attention to detail Open to work 24X7 Work from Office Only
