Job Description

You will be responsible for managing travel arrangements both domestically and internationally. This includes booking flights, trains, hotels, processing visas, arranging travel insurance, and coordinating ground transportation. You will need to maintain travel calendars, itineraries, approvals, and documentation. Additionally, you will be in charge of liaising with travel agencies, hotels, cab vendors, and airlines to secure the best rates and services while ensuring compliance with the company's travel policy. Handling travel-related queries, changes, cancellations, and emergency arrangements will also be part of your role. Moreover, you will be expected to prepare and maintain travel MIS reports detailing bookings, costs, travel frequency, and more. Your role will also involve providing administrative support by assisting in managing front-office activities, visitor management, meeting room scheduling, and supporting facility management tasks such as vendor coordination, housekeeping oversight, and basic maintenance requests. Additionally, you will play a key role in event coordination for meetings, trainings, conferences, and offsites, as well as maintaining records, files, and administrative documentation. In terms of communication and coordination, you will be required to keep employees updated on travel and administrative matters in a timely manner. Collaborating with HR, Finance, Admin, and other departments to ensure smooth operations will also be essential. Handling employee queries related to travel, administration, and logistics will be part of your daily responsibilities. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree preferred **Experience:** - Total of 2 years preferred This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
