Travel Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and ticketing all flights, transportation, and lodging required for fieldwork. You will need to understand and establish Visa requirements for various countries, as well as immigration and customs policies at different port of entries. Your knowledge of Visa processing rules and regulations will be essential for accurately applying this information to travel arrangements. Additionally, you will liaise with international and national agents to finalize itineraries, arrange visas, and travel for field engineers. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors for Visa applications, travel arrangements, and supporting the maintenance of operational procedures. You will also coordinate monthly reporting requirements with the Finance Officer/Accountant, maintain project records both in Excel and hard copy, and keep project calendars updated with fieldwork and travel dates.
