Key Responsibilities Assist clients in planning and booking travel (flights, hotels, tours, etc.) Provide travel advice, destination details, and itinerary planning Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or chat Build long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service Meet sales targets through upselling and cross-selling travel packages Ensure smooth travel arrangements and client satisfaction
