The role involves assisting clients with holiday planning, creating customized travel itineraries, promoting domestic and international travel packages, and ensuring a smooth booking experience. Key Responsibilities:Engage with potential clients via phone, email, chat, and walk-ins to understand their travel needs. Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages, hotels, cruises, and related services. Prepare and present customized itineraries and quotations tailored to client requirements. Maintain knowledge of destinations, visa rules, airline policies, and travel products offered. Achieve sales and contribute to overall revenue growth. Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups. Keep up to date with travel trends and competitor offerings.
