Travel Consultant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tour Consultant to join our team. The role involves advising clients on domestic and international travel destinations, designing customized itineraries, providing competitive quotations, and ensuring excellent customer service from inquiry to booking confirmation. Key Responsibilities:Handle client inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Understand customer travel preferences, requirements, and budget to suggest suitable packages. Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and proposals for domestic and international destinations. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by following up with potential clients. Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport providers) to check availability and negotiate rates. Maintain updated knowledge of destinations, hotels, airlines, and travel regulations (visas, insurance, etc.). Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, and payment follow-ups. Provide pre-departure guidance and handle post-trip feedback/resolutions. Meet monthly sales and conversion targets set by the company. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented with the ability to close deals. Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations (e.g., Lakshadweep, Andaman, Thailand, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, etc.). Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and travel booking platforms. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
