Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Travel Consultant (Sales) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the travel industry with a proven track record in sales and client handling. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting inquiries, creating customized travel plans, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from inquiry to post-travel follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert travel leads into successful bookings.
• Promote and sell domestic & international holiday packages.
• Design customized itineraries based on client preferences and budget.
• Maintain strong product knowledge (destinations, hotels, airlines, activities, visas).
• Upsell additional services like insurance, visa, forex, etc.
• Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for best deals and smooth operations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel sales role (B2C or B2B).
• In-depth knowledge of popular travel destinations and packages.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with GDS/CRS systems and travel booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Passion for travel and delivering personalized service.
