Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Noida. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, and ensuring all travel logistics are handled efficiently. Daily tasks include booking reservations, offering personalized travel solutions, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. The role requires collaboration with travel vendors and coordination of group travel experiences for pilgrimage journeys.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and making Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site and interact with clients directly
• Knowledge of pilgrimage destinations and spiritual travel experiences is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field
