Job Description

Qualification

Strong communication skills with professional fluency in English.
Freshers passionate about travel and customer service are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of daily inbound calls (approx. 50 per day) with professionalism and courtesy.
Handle service-related queries in a polite, customer-focused manner.
Actively listen to customer needs, provide accurate information, and deliver tailored travel solutions.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions and transactions.
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through clear and open communication.
Share detailed information about our holiday homes and services confidently.
Resolve customer concerns by providing effective solutions within defined timelines, and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
Collaborate with team members, demonstrating eagerness to learn and contribute to a positive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,529.91 - ₹25,500.57 per month
