Travel Consultant

Trinity International is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and packages. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of travel destinations, and the ability to deliver personalized travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional travel advice and customized itineraries to clients.
• Plan, arrange, and book flights, hotels, transportation, and holiday packages.
• Offer guidance on visa requirements, travel insurance, and other essential travel services.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of popular travel destinations, airline schedules, and tour packages.
• Ensure all bookings and reservations are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
• Manage group bookings and coordinate with suppliers and partners.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience as a Travel Consultant or in a customer service role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in booking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Multilingual skills will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
