About the Role

Sales & Operations

Responsibilities and Duties

• Generate new business through

  calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Handle

  new and existing clients

  by offering tailored travel solutions
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right travel packages
• Create simple and customized domestic & international itineraries
• Manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and transfers
• Provide information on destinations, visas, and travel requirements
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for smooth operations
• Support customers throughout the journey from inquiry to post-trip
• Promote travel packages, upgrades, and add-ons
• Handle changes, cancellations, and travel-related issues

Education:

Bachelor's degree / MBA

(Tourism Management preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

• 06 years (Freshers with strong interest in travel can apply)

• Rs. 18,000 Rs. 25,000 per month (fixed)
