About the Role

Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Plan, create, and sell customized travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and holiday packages.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, attractions, visas, travel insurance, and other travel-related services.
• Ensure timely booking confirmations, accurate documentation, and smooth communication with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner.
• Stay updated with travel trends, market offers, and new destinations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar customer service/sales role.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, airlines, and travel products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving ability.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
