Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Salem. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations. The role involves assisting clients with travel-related inquiries, offering customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction through personalized travel solutions.

• Experience in Customer Service and Support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
