About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with planning and booking their domestic and international travel experiences, ensuring a smooth and memorable journey. Key Responsibilities Interact with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Plan, create, and sell customized travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transfers, activities, and holiday packages. Provide expert advice on destinations, attractions, visas, travel insurance, and other travel-related services. Ensure timely booking confirmations, accurate documentation, and smooth communication with clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. Handle inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a professional manner. Stay updated with travel trends, market offers, and new destinations. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar customer service/sales role. Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations, airlines, and travel products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving ability. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
